TJ Maxx and Michaels just opened and soon we will have a new Harkins, Olive Garden, Aldi and more. We will soon have a new CCV Church and we are getting lots of commercial business. We also have access to many other schools (public, charter and priva. Vista Del Sur Traditional is one of the best schools in the state. We have lived here 16 years and have seen many changes. Laveen is changing rapidly thanks to the new 202 freeway.
